PCMC — drainage problem

Sir,
My self siva living in a village called apparaopet, tadepalli gudem mandal, west godhavari district, andhra pradesh 534145.in my village infront of my house there is no proper drainage system and the drainage water from author house is floating on raod in front of my house. There is no proper way for drainage water to flow. I have registered so many complaints but no one taken any action. There are kids in my street. So please take proper action on my complaint
