PCMC — Electricity problem in Tathawade ara

Hi Team,

I am currently staying at Vision Starwest Phase 2 in Bapu Buwaji Nagar Tathawade, 411033
We are facing major electricity issue here mostly daily electricity goes off for 1-2 hours. Today since morning light has gone and still didn't come. This is really major problem as currently we are working from home.
I am requesting you to look into this matter on priority and provide fix
