PCMC — encroachment in rahatani and kalewadi

Rahatni and kalewadi has lot of encroachment especially chawls from shrinagar colony rahatni, adinath colony, lanes near great punjab hotel of kalewadi. There is no marginal open space between the two buildings as per the construction rules. However seen few are unauthorized floors are build up. Lanes near great punjab hotel there are few chawls where there is no space left from behind the but, completely attached to the fencing. Brt road used as parking for auto rikshaw, truck drivers, cars. Hopelessly maintained.

If pcmc is so alert than why the actions are not taken yet? Or will pcmc really take action to do something good for the betterment of the kalewadi and rahatni??
