PCMC — Excess water bill in r/o Consumer ID-136899

Dear Sir/Madam,
This is to inform you that an amount of Rs.1809/- is been excess charged against my water consumer number-136899. I regularly pay my water bill without fail but this amount of Rs. 1809/- is recently added in my water bill whereas I have already cleared my previous bill in time. Please look into the matter and solve my problem.
