PCMC — garbage collection issue

Garbage is not being collected for tip not given to pick up vehicle or driver. Pickup point sindhu park co-op hsg. Society, pimple saudagar, pune-411027. Contact number-[protected]. Pick up rate 500 per month. Please help in resolving issue at earliest as it’s stinking and can cause many health problems. Request you to please give contact number to whom we report such complaints.

Paid 7468.00 INR but yet payment paid receipt not received though amount is debited from my account.
