PCMC — Garbage van is not playing any music, difficult to notice

Hi PCMC concern team,
We have been observing for last two weeks the garbage van is not playing any music when they are coming to collect garbage. We are not able to dump garbage for last 10 days. It started smelling worse and spreading insects and hence unhygienic. Please do the needful to resolve this problem earliest. The earlier method to notify through music in vans was really good and they should continue to do the same.
