PCMC — Get the dogs away from our locality you pathetic uneducated orthodox corrupt corporation

You know what i do not like pcmc? i do not like waking up at the middle of the night to hear dogs shouting like ###s. however, sadly, unfortunately, thats all i hear at night. the dogs keep barking right outside of our house. why? because some ### ###s decide to feed them right in front of our house. why? because this pathetic excuse of a municipality called pcmc does not do anything about the stray dogs at all. there are puppies in front of our house. but how? i mean, pcmc neutered all the dogs right? so how the ### can there be puppies wandering all around our locality barking at night with their parents?

i read a news in the paper the other day about a dog in kondhawa that was poisoned. do you know why the dog was poisoned pcmc? i think it was because after months of torture and sleepless night, a resident finally got tired and decided to end the dogs life and finally get a good night's sleep. thats my opinion. i do not see the dog killer as a murderer, i see him as a person who was tired of suffering from the same pains day after day without any solution in sight. because the only solution lies in the hands of the municipality. and the sad fact is that the municipalities in this piece of ### country are completely and utterly useless. the workers and higher level decision makers are corrupt ###s.
not a single dog in ravet has been neutered you shameless ###s. how dare you announce that you spent lakhs on neutering stray dogs when nothing has been done about this nuisance. when i still see ugly little puppies barking at night. and the puppies will grow up and give birth to more puppies. and the cycle will go on, as it has been going on from the past 60 years. but the one corporation on which the citizens can rely is an utter ###fest.
i have posted more than 10 complaints on this FORUM in the last 3 years.
i bet not a single one has been read. the stray dogs in ravet keep on increasing, i keep on not being able to sleep all night, in the end both the stray dogs and the citizens lose. and pcmc keeps sitting on its ### and does nothing.
