PCMC — Group ID link not available on pcmc sports website

I have on pcmc sports booking website, on the Website it is mentioned that on 20th of every month group Id link is available but no link is available on the website. I have call Sarthi pcmc but no resolution from them as well. Request you to provide link for creating group ID for booking badminton court.
