PCMC — illegal pig breeders

Dear team,

We stay in palaash icon, udyog nagar, there is illegal pig farming happing behind our building, it is getting very difficult to stay in the area, furhter it carry high risk of getting diseases which spread from pig,

Further they slautter the pig illegally

Requsted to take action and remove the pig farming from here

Location is : behind palaash icon, near railway tract udyog nagar chicnvad

I have submitted the application for name change 6 months back, but my name is stil now changed in PCMC Pune. please find the attachments.
I need to know how much time it takes to change the name ?
