PCMC — increased water bill under water bill customer id no 5928

Respected sir,
Re: water bill customer id 5928.
After affixing new water meters in our home by pcmc water bill received dated 25/7/2018 & 14/10/2018 are of rs 1217 & rs. 832.
Before 25/7/2018, my water bill received around rs 150/- per quarter. Also from 10/2018, 1/1/2019 my water bill received rs. 252/- & rs 214/- per quarter only.
Hence water bill received during 25/7/2018 & 14/10/2018 are very high. Which is not justified.
Therefore i have submitted my grivences in writing on 15/10/2018 to prabhag a water deptt. But since then also heavy amount charged for these quarters are not get reviewed and penalty is too charged on 1/4/2019.
Sir through this complaint i am expecting your positive consideration of my grievances and hoping that bill get reduced with average logic system.
