PCMC — Loud and disturbing noise of garbage van

I residing in bhosari nelge plaza pune 39 I'm so disturbed by the noise of the garbage van when it arrives it is a huge request to stop playing this stupid music of garbage early in the morning as well as in the afternoon as it disturbs everyone's sleep and creates noise pollution in the whole area.
Kindly request you to stop playing this stupid music/ song of garbage in our area instead you can use the bell.
Humble request as I'm very much frustrated by this noise.
Please look into this matter as soon as possible.
