Topband india pvt ltd, company machine smoke is to high at shop floor which very hazardous to employee health. Last year 10 employees got hospitalised due to wsm smoke.in Wsm is using solder bar is used which made of lead. It affect on environment as well as employees health. Company not taking any decision on it and also do work for 12 hours. It is so dangerous for all worker. Please take action as soon as possible so workers not gets hospitalised.
