PCMC — Need public dustbin in pimple gurav

I am living in Laxmi nagar, pimple gurav. Few days back all the public dustbin are removed due to which we are getting difficulty in dumping garbage. We are working people and went to office around 8 am. We are not able to wait for garbage vehicle which comes late.

I don't understand why this steps are taken by pcmc. Even countries like USA, UK etc has public dustbin. I don't think removal of public dustbin solve issue of cleanliness.
