PCMC — Neighbours dog barking every day at night

Its being long now that we are facing problem from our neighbours dog who keeps on barking late evening, night and early morning causing nuisance to us. I was not sure where to complain about this. Came across this portal hence trying to put it here so that it goes to correct authority.

As the neighbours attitude is not friendly
