PCMC — no drainage of rainwater

Due to rain last night in wakad, water get gathered on the main way. All the water is drained and there is no way to drain the remaining water. People with their personal vehicle can cross this but people on foot has to cross this by great difficulty. Everyone is suffering a lot. Please do something because your small step can make a great change.
If you search emerald 1 in google map you will find the place where this water is gathering.

Hi,
I am a resident of Swiss County society, Thergaon 411033 area.
In the society there are atleast 10 dogs which have made the life of residents tough.

They chase cars and children at night which caused a lot of issue.

Kindly take the necessary action on priority to resolve the issue
