PCMC — Noise pollution due to newly built tiles shared in residential area near river

We are facing trouble loud noised in the night due to newly built tiles factory besides river in Keshav Nagar residential are opposite to Goyal Garima and Oriental Marvel society.
Daily we face trouble due to offloading of materials, big trucks and lories their horns etc. in midnight after 12 am.
Requesting strict action against it.
