PCMC — Parking shed put illegally obstructing everyone's view

In Pimpri in our building people living on second floor have captured parking illegally by putting a shed above obstructing everyone's view . During rainy season there will be lot of noise on the shed disturbing everyone's sleep . Please help in removing the parking shed as soon as possible. Please check photos attached . Society is Ravi cooperative housing society, near Ashok theatre, Pimpri Pune 411017
