PCMC — property tax payment link not working

I am not able to pay property tax online. It gives me error, please sort out your portal link or provide me new link to pay it.

I am using below link-

Also, my name in the property tax receipt is reflected as mr nil bin
My name is mr neel vin. Please make changes in the next property tax bill.
