PCMC — Roadside stalls/shops on Pavement

In the past 3-4 months, several roadside shops have emerged with a temporary construction encroaching on pavements on Datta Mandir Road, Wakad, outside the road leading to Mont Vert Seville, Mayur Estate and Capriccio. We wonder how they get permission to operate like this without proper shop acts and how their electric usage, water supply etc works. Such rampant opening of random low quality shops has become the norm now and is damaging to the infrastructure and planning. Kindly look into the matter.
