PCMC — Sound pollution in police line area

This is complaint about noise pollution created by the
garbage collection pick up vehicle, in shankar kalat nagar, police lines, wakad, Pune area.

The vehicle plays same song in a very loud noise from 9am till 2pm everyday.
The noise can be heard upto a kilometre or more area.
Though vehicle is moving but since it is loud, the noise does not diminish at all for 5 hours.
Also, the same song playing for 5 hours repetitively each day, is driving people crazy. Humble request to switch to horn or bell as before. Songs on loudspeakers shall not be allowed, even for a corporation vehicle.
