PCMC — The never-ending dog nuisance in Ravet, no, in the entirety of PCMC.

I decided to sleep at 11pm last night because I have to get up early. I was not able to sleep till it was 4am. I woke up at 8am, that means I got less than 4 hours of sleep. Why? Because the dogs kept barking their guts out all night. I was literally listening to dogs barking for 5 hours while trying to sleep because I have work in the morning. Every night in this city is miserable. The dogs keep barking and we don't even get sleep. How pathetic is that on PCMC's part.

I literally walk out on the street at 4 am in the morning to chase the dogs away because that's what one gets when living under this muncipality.
I reckon I've done more animal control that PCMC's own animal control department because atleast I've done something.

I lie awake for 4-5 hours each night listening to dogs bark and not being able to sleep. It cannot get more Indian than this. A country where its own citizens are unable to sleep. WHAT A ### JOKE.

The dogs live a miserable life on the streets being starved and barking all night and the citizens suffer by not being able to sleep all night and feeling unsafe when a rabid dog is in the vicinity. BRAVO PCMC. You've outdone yourself. You've made both the animals AND humans completely miserable by not doing the ONE job you had to do.
And what will PCMC do?? NOTHING! No matter how much anyone insults this third-rate municipality, it has absolutely no effect on them because they are shameless. It makes me nauseous to think that such a horrendous corporation could ever exist on the face of the earth.
