PCMC — This failure of a municipality cant handle dogs

Hey pcmc, its 2 am right now and you know what that means, that's right, its time to stay awake all night and hear dogs bark at each other, at passing cars and at nothing in particular!!!

its so great living in pcmc, i dont even need to set an alarm early in the morning because the dogs wake me up at 1am, 1:15 am, 1:30 am and such at 15 min intervals all night so i do not even need to wake up in the morning because the dogs keep me up all night and i cant sleep.

cant wake up early when you dont go to sleep at all RIGHT!!!
i knew it, pcmc is so smart. it actually cares for its citizens! surely, me being awake at 2am in the morning and throwing stones at dogs must be REALLY GOOD for my health! pcmc knows this and lets the dogs ### all day all night without neutering them! moreover, pcmc has let dogs ### for the past 30 years so the population is so large that it is almost unmanageable right now! WOW!! SO AMAZING!! THANK YOU PCMC FOR MAKING ME STAY UP ALL NIGHT!!! i have work to do in the morning but some street dog decided that he wants to bark reeeeallly loud at 2 am so here i am, awake, sleep deprived, tired and bordering on rage because nothing is being done to remove this nuisance. so thank you pcmc, thank you for giving us, the citizens the opportunity to hear dogs barking all night, it is REALLY GOOD for my mental health. it is really fun to stay up at 2am and write this, this complaint that wouldnt even be read by the corporation.

i just want the people working there to know that i am absolutely disgusted by them. that pcmc is repulsive. that it is appalling to think that such a MUNICIPAL ORGANIZATION exists.
