Hello Sir, I'm Pramod Takawane Address-Karvenagar, Pune.
On January 13, 2021, Time- 15:16 pm, Place- Chinchwad chowk PCMC MH42 AK3180 imposed an online fine of Rs.1400.
(Dangerous Driving- 1000/-, Signal Jumping:200/-, Police stop violation- 200/-)
The challan receipt is attached below. When traffic police made an call to stop at the time of the incident, it could not be heard due to the heavy noise of the vehicles and Helmet. Also there were other vehicles are passing by so I was not known to whom police were asking to stop so there is no chance of driving dangerous vehicle. However, I have been fined Rs.1000/- for deliberately driving a dangerous vehicle.
I do not agree with the fine of Rs.1000/-. I did not drive a dangerous vehicle in any way at that time. You can see the mounted camera on signal for proof of this phenomenon. I am ready to pay the remaining fine of Rs. 200/-. Please cancel the penalty of Rs.1000/- imposed by you inadvertently.

Sir, I have received your challen notice as well as Lok adalat Notice recently to pay the Fine imposed on my two wheeler MH 14EB8351. Rs.500/But actually My Wife and two children stopped just on Footpath as signal was ON.But Trafic Hawaldar came and took PhOto and imposed fine of Rs-500/-Actually she never want to break the signal but due to sudden Signal she unable to Stop the vehicle.Do please waive of the fine imposed on this vehicle
