PCMC — water supply problem

Hi,
I'm writing this to let you know we have a lot of problem with the water supply in my building i live at sector 6 santanagar moshi pradhikaran opp spine city mall spine road in pune pcmc. The water released from corporation is very less since we live on the 3rd floor it never comes.
