PCMC — Waterlogging in front of my house due to which family affected diseases.

Dear sir/ madam
There has been water logging in front of my house at Jay shiv shanker housing society no1, Mhetrewasti, Chikhli thereby posing problems to walk on road. The water level is almost 2-4inches wherein fish can also swim. Mosquitoes are also breeding on this stagnant water thereby posing the risk of malaria and dengue.
This is due to no slope on roads during construction.
Please arrange to correct the same at earliest

This problem has happend from last few month whenever rains happen

I would like suggest you that if you put some layer of raod workon that due to which slope will decrease water will going downside instaed of waiting there becuase of slope was not good needs to put some road construction material .
