PCMC — Without OC (Occupancy Certificate) builder giving position

Aishwaryam Hamara Phase II, Chikhali, Builder is giving position to buyers without OC (Occupancy Certificate) from PCMC, and also work is not yet complete. Some of the flat owners already occupied and staying in the same building.

Please have look and take necessary action against the builder, so can avoid any accidents.
