[Resolved] Peachmode — Chasing them for refund for delivering a wrong product to me

I recieved a wrong product and chasing them for refund for almost 20 days now. Everytime I reach them they are asking for 5 to 7 business days, after 7 days they are just closing my ticket. So much frustrated with their support. Please help me
