I, Advocate Amandeep Kaur ordered a sky blue pakistani georgette suit from peachmode website on 8/02/2024 vide order number 824743 but i didn't like the quality of product and it was not of same description as it was mentioned. There was no lace on the suit as shown in the picture of the model. The embroidery design was also different on arms. Moreover it was mentioned in description that it is semi stitched but it was completely unstitched....

I had online purchase of 4 Selwar materials in PeachMode site-https://peachmode.com/ and the order number is #PM-663621 and the cost involved is Rs. 3246. As the product quality and color is not as per the described and returned the material, return reference AWB[protected]. Here in the site it's not giving any option to return the money back to my original payment method, it's only giving option to Store credit....

I ordered a product worth 1999/- order no. 607567, and I received a different product which is completely different from what I ordered. Then instantly Raised a return request and informed peachmode customer care sending them details & photos of the received product, but after four days of waiting, they refused the replacement request telling me that I don't have a video proof of opening the parcel. We have ordered a product and returned because of size issue, but refund has not processed, every time when we call customer care, they won't respond properly....

After 10 days of cancelling an undispatched order(order id -564144), as not getting any positive response from Customer support even after multiple messages, shared the concern through their [protected]@peachmode.com email.
They took 2 days to send their payment link. After filling the upi details, they are again asking for 8-10 days to refund. So in total they are asking for around a month to refund, that too an undispatched order.!!!br...

I just want my refund .they r just not worthy, they are going on lying that there is problem in bank...

Gave me dress which I didn't choose, I returned dress and waiting for refund, they even received, but playing cheap tricks that there is a problem towards bank.they r keeping us waiting for long time.they r just not loyal.they r just robbing customers...

I bought three sarees on peachmode and returned one which was received at their warehouse on 15th June, 2023.Since then they are not refunding the money of 1699/-.Every week they come up with the same response 'refund is in progress, will be reflected by this week'....

I bought a stitched mauve color suit from Peachmode App on 23rd May. When I received the product, fabric of the suit was so low quality and horrible. Next day i requested for return. The product has been reached to the company still they has not refunded my money. Everytime the customer care executive fool me by saying will be done soon.
I request the authorities to kindly look into the matter...

I have received the only one cover with card board pieces. I called several times but in vain. The courier company has sent the receiver's signature., But it doesn't pertains to me or my wife. Till date i am writing but no response....

Fabric quality is too cheap . I return my order 15 days ago but they did, t refund me till now .they make lame excuses that in transit ...in transit . My store credit of Rs. 2740 is with peachmode which had lifetime validity (attached screenshot). Now when I could not access my account, asked about the money, I was told it's expired as the company policies got updated and also all the users account have been deleted. Its been 20 days since I cancelled the order and the refund is not yet received. Im hearing same standard reply from the customer service "Kindly wait for 2 days". How many 2 days I have to wait?? This is very bad response from Peachmode.

I placed an order online on 16th oct with peachmode.com then after seeing their negative reviews I called their customer support and cancelled my order on the same day. Now when I call their customer support for refunding my money every time they say you will get in 2 to 3 days but still i dont see any hope for my money.

Kindly look into this matter and strict action should be taken against this fraud ecommerce platform....

We have an issue from your delivery girl . She is very rude with us nd she is saying to come get out on the road and she refused to come home...
