Last Sunday me and my friend visited Gwalior DB Mall Branch of "Peach Mode", we both selected Kurtas and decided to try them on, while entering staff seemed so much engaged in one single customer, while selecting Kurtas also no one in staff helped us find what actually we were looking for, we were looking for Short Kurtis, after roaming and looking around ourselves in shop we both took what we selected and went towards Trial Room....

I have purchased a saree online from peachmode but I am not satisfied with the product because the colour is totally different as shown and the quality of material is not good.the colour shown was turquoise blue and navy blue but I received Rama green and navy blue..so kindly arrange for the pickup n refund the money as soon as possible.do the needful at the earliest....

Very bad company and service, this really feels like a scam.

This whole process of peach mode looks like a scam:
1) there is no free return and refund. Though we return the item we get store credit and not our cash back. So we got 5200 of store credit of returning products
2) we are not able to use that credit anywhere, all orders based on that are cancelled.
3) the clothes are all so bad, they show some...

I Ordered a product and that was of very bad quality so I requested return, But they refunded to wallet, so I had to stuck with them only, recently pictures of a new product attracted me and made to place a order, When I received the product I was again totally disappointed.

I have ordered an Baby Pink anarkali (Order No-YRCH1621 ) from peachmode( Rs 1045/-) but the quality was really bad as compared to what you are showing on your site and colour is also different. You are writing on your site that you have 7 days exchange policy according to that you will make arrangement of pickup and credit same amount on customer account so they can purchase another piece. But when i called you for exchange you are not responding...

I, Advocate Amandeep Kaur ordered a sky blue pakistani georgette suit from peachmode website on 8/02/2024 vide order number 824743 but i didn't like the quality of product and it was not of same description as it was mentioned. There was no lace on the suit as shown in the picture of the model. The embroidery design was also different on arms. Moreover it was mentioned in description that it is semi stitched but it was completely unstitched. Thus I am extremely disappointed from peachmode services kindly ensue my refund as I didn't like the service provided by you. I don't want to purchase anything from this website.

Hello Sir/Madam,
I had online purchase of 4 Selwar materials in PeachMode site-https://peachmode.com/ and the order number is #PM-663621 and the cost involved is Rs. 3246. As the product quality and color is not as per the described and returned the material, return reference AWB[protected]. Here in the site it's not giving any option to return the money back to my original payment method, it's only giving option to Store credit. Here as I didn't like the quality and lost belief in this store, don't want to purchase anymore and I wanted my money back. I have sent multiple mails for this but no hope.Kindly help me to recieve my money back. Please let me know if you need any more information.

I ordered a product worth 1999/- order no. 607567, and I received a different product which is completely different from what I ordered. Then instantly Raised a return request and informed peachmode customer care sending them details & photos of the received product, but after four days of waiting, they refused the replacement request telling me that I don't have a video proof of opening the parcel. I don't understand where I m wrong as the package was not tempered in any way. That is the reason I didn't feel any mischief to record any video.
Please help me solving this issue.

After 10 days of cancelling an undispatched order(order id -564144), as not getting any positive response from Customer support even after multiple messages, shared the concern through their [protected]@peachmode.com email.
They took 2 days to send their payment link. After filling the upi details, they are again asking for 8-10 days to refund. So in total they are asking for around a month to refund, that too an undispatched order.!!!
Seriously doubting the integrity of this app as all other apps refund within few minutes of cancelling an undispatched product.

Gave me dress which I didn't choose, I returned dress and waiting for refund, they even received, but playing cheap tricks that there is a problem towards bank.they r keeping us waiting for long time.they r just not loyal.they r just robbing customers

I bought a stitched mauve color suit from Peachmode App on 23rd May. When I received the product, fabric of the suit was so low quality and horrible. Next day i requested for return. The product has been reached to the company still they has not refunded my money. Everytime the customer care executive fool me by saying will be done soon.
I request the authorities to kindly look into the matter & do the needful at the earliest.
