[Resolved] Peachmode — Fraud company not refunding my money | |||||
Last year in may 2016, i ordered a suit from peachmode website it costed me approx 1645 rs. When i received the order i found this suits quality was worst and totally different with catalog picture. I asked them to refund my money because i did not like the quality of that suit but this company does not refund the money of customer. They wrote me a mail by informing that money could not be refunded and they are adding store credits into my account and i can buy another suits from this fraud website by using store credits. I paid them 1645 and they added 1595 rs into store credits after deducting delivery charges. Again in june 2016 i ordered a suit rs 1145 and when i got the delivery i was totally disappointed with the product because again i received worst products and it had no worth of rs 200 and they charged 1145 rs for that cheap suit. I again wrote a mail to them and asked them to refund my money into my bank account. After so many mails and mental harassment the refunded only 1095 rs into my bank account again they deducted delivery charges. Still 450 rs was remaining in store credits. I have wasted my money just because i trust on this fake website. This company does not value to its customer. Refund policy is worst if some one is not interested to buy with them they do not refund the money. At the end customers bears the loss. And in june 2017 3rd time i again placed an order of a cotton suit, and today morning (20 june 2107) i received the order and again i was surprised and shocked to see the product quality. Its not a cotton suit at all. Its costly in rs 100 again they made me fool. Since today morning i have written many mails to the company and asked for refund but they are not ready to refund my amount that is why i am highlighting the issue so that you can look into it. I am really harassed by this company by mentally and financially i am an office goer girl and 1600 rs is worthy for me. Last year i order that suit on the occasion of a festival.
