[Resolved] Peachmode — Money mongers | |||||
My girlfriend ordered a saree for rs 999, actually the product was defect so i am supposed to receive the refund in my account but i got store credits... Ok i ordered another dress for rs 1250 where i have paid additional of rs 350... Now this dress was of cheap quality and it was no where match to the product showed in the website.. I asked for refund, ca said no, then i fought a lot and asked for call back request.. Till now i didn't get any call from them.. But i got my store credit against the order no order no. #[protected].... This is such a cheap behavior towards a customer. They particulary locking the customer's money and forcing the customer to buy the product from their website, no matter we like it or not. This is not the ecommerce website practices generally. The price tag on product is less then what we pay to the peachmode, they refuse to pay the difference.
