[Resolved] Peachmode — my refund against order no[protected]

I placed an order of dress material for which i paid Rs 749
(11 Jun 2019 POS 512968XXXXXX3918 RAZ*Peachmode, 3 POS DEBIT 102501 11 Jun 2019 749.00)

I did not receive my parcel & someone from peachmode caalled me & said the order is cancelled & refund will be given very soosn . Now 15 days are passed, but my refund is not yet received .

What the hell it is . I think you people dont understand english .

Please refund my money .

My order has not been replaced or retuned and forced to keep the order on the request from customer care. No satisfactory response from peachmode customer care team.
