[Resolved] Peachmode — no returns and refunds | |||
Hello, i am meena malgave, a 61 year old resident of belgaum. I ordered two dresses on a website peachmode and while buying there was no mention of a returns not allowed on sales. It was apparently written somewhere under the terms very schemingly hidden. On the page of order it just said easy returns. Upon receiving the products they did not look like advertised and the quality was honestly quite bad. Then we tried calling them multiple times and mailed them plenty of times too, only to hear from them that no refunds or exchanges will happen since the items were on sale. It doesn't make any sense to me. The bill amount was 1500 and i'm stuck now with things which i'll never use and can't get refunds for. Please help out in this regard as the company executives on the phone were ignorant and say they can't help us. Was this information helpful? | |||
