Peachmode — Not refunding undispatched order

After 10 days of cancelling an undispatched order(order id -564144), as not getting any positive response from Customer support even after multiple messages, shared the concern through their [protected]@peachmode.com email.
They took 2 days to send their payment link. After filling the upi details, they are again asking for 8-10 days to refund. So in total they are asking for around a month to refund, that too an undispatched order.!!!
Seriously doubting the integrity of this app as all other apps refund within few minutes of cancelling an undispatched product.
