After 10 days of cancelling an undispatched order(order id -564144), as not getting any positive response from Customer support even after multiple messages, shared the concern through their [protected]@peachmode.com email.
They took 2 days to send their payment link. After filling the upi details, they are again asking for 8-10 days to refund. So in total they are asking for around a month to refund, that too an undispatched order.!!!
Seriously doubting the integrity of this app as all other apps refund within few minutes of cancelling an undispatched product. Was this information helpful? |
