[Resolved] Peachmode — order not received but marked as delivered | |
Order no :[protected]. I had ordered a salwar suit worth rs399 on december 7th. Had not received it till now. I had mailed the support team on december 14th, but they replied back stating that it got delivered on 11th. Really shocked by their response. Had replied back stating that m yet to receive but till now have not got a response email from them. It's been 4 days now. Usually we get a sms once the order s been delivered but i didn't receive that. Request the support team to check and provide an update. Request to send the order at the earliest.
