I have purchased a suit for my wife first time from peachmode and i got the product on time but the quality of the product was too low so i returned back and i got my money in my peachmode account. Then i purchased another product (Saree) to redeem my money and again i got the worst quality product.

I request to all indian's don't purchase any product from peachmode. The worst online site i have ever seen in my life. My personal experience was too bad. I give -5 points to peachmode.

1) product price hire than mrp.
2) product quality is worst.
3) you can't get money back in your bank account as per policy.
4) no proper response from customer care executive.
5) 100% dissatisfied.
6) last order saree - in saree border hard paper is used to make.
7) at every purchase gst charged extra and if you return back the tax amt has been deducted.

The product you have purchased is using store credit hence we cannot initiate the reverse pick up.

As an exception case we are taking your return request, Hence request you to send the product back to us by yourself we wont reimburse the courier charges.

Product's shipped :
Along with the image of the courier receipt that you received. Also please make sure that the original invoice that was sent to you is inside the return package.

You don't have manners how to talk with customers.
I don't want any return I want to show everyone about the behavior of peachmode customer care service.

Peachmode is the worst online website in this world.

I am going to make a complaint in consumer Court.
