[Resolved] Peachmode — quality issue

I ordered a rose pink colored part wear embroidered art silk saree on 20 oct 2018. The payment was done online, but the product i received was totally different in colour, material quality was as a duplicate product of cheap quality was given. The return of product was made immediately, but refund wasn't done till today. The company is like we can't refund your money but you want u can reuse the money for buying another product. Worst company, i just was my money to be refunded. I can't trust the company and don't want to buy any product in replacement of my money. Just want my money to be refunded.
