Peachmode — Refund and bad service

Regarding order #[protected] I have returned the mentioned order number i.e. red anarkali dress and received credit store of rupees 795/- which can be further utilized as a part of future purchasing from peachmode. Though I had ordered new anarkali of rupees 1295/- but I did not receive that product or my previous refund. Nobody picking up the call on customer care number, I would not suggest anybody to purchase any product from peachmode. Please suggest how would i get refund of rupees 795/-
