[Resolved] Peachmode — Refund of cancelled item/double payment is stuck since almost a month | |
I placed an order Order #[protected]placed on Oct. 15, 2020, 1:04 p.m.), prepaid Rs.2641/- which was cancelled before being dispatched. I placed another order Order #[protected]placed on Oct 15, 2020, 11:55p.m.), prepaid Rs.3415/- for which payment was deducted from my account but got a mail regarding issue at company's end in receiving the amount. I made another payment of Rs.3415/- the other day i.e 16th Oct 7:58AM. This time the transaction was successful. but at my end the amount Rs.3415/- was deducted twice. This makes a total payment of 2641 + 3415 = Rs. 6056/- which peachmode has to refund. I raised a complaint about the refund on 19th Nov, for which I got a response on 20th Nov that refund is initiated and will be revieved at my end with 5-6 working days. I got no refund and I reminded them again on 2nd Dec. Again I got a mail from them that they are looking into the matter. But I haven't recieved the amount even till date.i.e 12th Dec.
