Peachmode — Refuse to pay my amount

How peachmode company can force me to buy something from their site, if they do now have good quality product and I do not want to buy anything from their site and they are not giving my amount back the way I paid cash or into my account. I have called them I had chat with their people but no success, they just always force you to by product from their site. being as a customer I have alights to choose from where I needs to buy or not why peachmode is not giving my money back to my account.
