[Resolved]  Peachmode — saree order in peachmode return denied and product is damaged and not like the one in the picture

I ordered a product
Yellow foil print border embroidery blouse bhagalpuri saree with order id[protected] in peachmode website. I received a product which does not lool like the picture and also the product was torn in the middle. It was packed so well to hide the damage. I contacted the customer care who informed me that i cannot return the product since the product was a sale product. It was never mentioned anywhere in the website that a sale product cant be returned. Also i was told that since i have applied my existing store credit of 150 in the order it cannot be returned which is also not mentioned in the website. So as per their policy if we return a product then they dont give money back and return the amount as store credit only and when i make an order with store credit its not eligible for return and so they cheat the customers by sending bad and damaged products. This website is running a complete scam on customers. I want to warn people to not use this website as they are being a big fraud company looting customers money.

The product you have purchased is using store credit hence we cannot initiate the reverse pick up.

As an exception case we are taking your return request, Hence request you to send the product back to us by yourself we wont reimburse the courier charges.
