[Resolved] Peachmode — unwilling to refund into my bank account but given store credit & awful customer service | |
I am horrified n unhappy with the experience i have had with peachmode n there customer care person divyankh, he was rude arguing on the call & claim there is no process of taking a refund into my bank account for the returned product and the reason for return was as the product material claimed was misleading as it was mentioned as pure silk however i was sent synthetic silk and they claim there is no error at there end. Shipping charge of inr 50 cannot be reversed that was deducted which i am fine but not willing to give a credit back into my bank account is unacceptable & i dont think there is any qa because the customer care person divyankh argues with the client with a care a damn attitude and when demanded to speak to manager or supervisor he said everyone are on a holiday and he can arrange a call only after 24 to 48hrs despite asking him to take my convenient time he denied. I just need my money credited into my bank account amounting inr 3545 against order no.[protected] Was this information helpful? | |
