[Resolved] Peachmode — Very Poor product quality | |
Very bad experience from peachmode. Quality of product is very poor and did’nt returned it back saying that the product cannot be returned. I added too many items from peachmode in cart for buying, but after the first bad experience itself i Lost my trust and i will not buy again from peachmode. The product which i received is not good and poor in quality, the size is also different. When i tried to return the item, it is showing that the item is not eligible for return. When the customer care executive called me for the confirmation of product, she told that return the product within 7days if needed to return. A customer trust is more vital for the survival of a company, by showing like this peachmode is breaking the trust of customers. Was this information helpful? | |
