I ordered a product worth 1999/- order no. 607567, and I received a different product which is completely different from what I ordered. Then instantly Raised a return request and informed peachmode customer care sending them details & photos of the received product, but after four days of waiting, they refused the replacement request telling me that I don't have a video proof of opening the parcel. I don't understand where I m wrong as the package was not tempered in any way. That is the reason I didn't feel any mischief to record any video.
Please help me solving this issue.
