[Resolved] Peachmode — wrong product delivered me | |
I order a long kurti, my order no.#[protected]. I ordered it on november 24, 10:47 am. Beside it they delivered me a saree in very rough stuff. Till now i call nd call to them, but nothing happened. Even i request to them plz i don't want my money only i want my right product but they told i have to make new order for that kurti. Ok but when i ordered again they r showing out of stock. Now i called them when get my refund, they r showing their policy. Now policy period time also over 2, 3 days but they r saying, mam we can't say anything when we can refund b, coz our 3rd party delayed urgent product to delivered us. When asking any senior person, they said 'our senior person cannot talk on fone. I send lots of mail on id [protected]@peachmode.com. Then what should i do????
