[Resolved]  Peachmode — wrong product shipped and return and refund being denied

Color of the dress received was completely different from the description in website. When i requested for return, they made me wait for a week and then said they don't have courier service in the area i live so i should send the package on my own and they sounded reimburse the courier charges. This is strange as they have courier service for delivery but bored for return pick up. However after i sent back the product, only rs. 100 was reimbursed for courier charges against the actual rs. 175. And the refund was given as store credit instead of refund to account. So i had to buy another product to use the store credit. This time the item provided us completely different from the image in website. The product is out very cheap quality. When i requested for return, they said i cannot return product bought with store credit.in this way they are making customers pay money for cheap quality products, and they cannot even return as it will be from store credit. The cost of the product is above rs. 1000. Request you to take immediate action to save customers like me from wasting their hard earned money.

The product you have purchased is using store credit hence we cannot initiate the reverse pick up.

As an exception case we are taking your return request, Hence request you to send the product back to us by yourself we wont reimburse the courier charges.

I want the courier to be arranged by you as I have already sent at my own expense once and I am not interested in doing so again. Also I need the refund and not store credit.
