We're terribly sorry to know of your bad experience with Muskhost. We have not authorized any employee of Muskhost to charge any processing fee. However, if you have had to pay the said amount, we will look into this and take strict action against the wrong-doer. Could you please furnish more details such as the concerned person's name, designation, date of transaction, bank e-statement, etc. to help us sort this out?
