Pearl — Not refund my mature policy

Sir,
I have taken policy from pearl insurance policy no.-. U[protected], for rs. 1732/- quarterly from gurdaspur (Punjab) branch. We have submitted all premiums, handed over all the documents to the company for making the payment to you.
Unfortunately the company has not paid me the maturity amount. The policy period is over, and the payment is delayed for more than two years. Hence i request you to take necessary action for the refund the money at the earliest.
