Pearl Honda, Gurgaon — Cheating and unprofessional services

Hi ...i had given my vehicle on a service and repair recently at sector 37 honda showroom gurgaon. Showroom had asked me to take 2 days for doing this work which I accepted..i had discussed the repair contents in detail with pearl honda sector 37 sales executive Mr. Amit, who was very unprofessional and immature towards his work approach. Explained the same to the driver who came to pick my vehicle and then explained the same to the body shop manager Mr rakesh, basis which they gave me an estimate and I accepted. They did not deliver my vehicle in time and did not even inform me of the delay at all which caused me a lot of inconvenience and loss of my valuable time. Moreover the so claimimg GM of showroom Mr. Rajesh instead of apologizing called me on the 4th day fighting with me to collect the vehicle on my own from showroom at almost 7 pm..?? Because honda policy says no drop or pick available for customers??? But after my rigorous follow up, they delivered my vehicle only half repaired on 4th day at night 8.45pm. The vehicle was badly damaged with heavy scratches, dent marks outside and oil stains and dust inside, tea marks etc. and what not?? I was so disappointed with the condition of my vehicle and unprofessional services and indescent attitude of honda jins towards customers was beyond inagination ???and If this is how a japanese big brand like THE HONDA treats it's customers so unfairly..then I think it's a big disappointment and I should deeply regret my new Honda purchase...???
