Pediasure — Complaint against bad smell

As we have opened the pediasure it was containing bad smell which creates nausea to my daughter . We have purchased from the vendor in faridabad and he complained to the supplier but after one month we are getting the reply that to mail directly, It was of one kg box .So pls do the needful ata the earliest . one packet we have disposed as a thoght comes might be some problem and the second packet opens the same problem was there .
