This is further to our communication on the product Amoxyclav 625 tablet Batch number - MFH00802. In the absence of complaint sample, investigation conducted at the manufacturing site basis feedback shared by you.
As a part of the detailed investigation process, the batch documents and packaging lines of the subject batch verified and found no deviations from the written procedures and laid down specifications. The product was manufactured and packed as per the current Good Manufacturing Practices with the laid down standards and quality norms.

Based on the overall investigation, no assignable root cause has been identified at manufacturing site.

      As per Doctor's prescription, Purchased one sealed packed container of 62.5 mcg Thyronorm at the fag end of 2022 the Batch No. of which is AEH2690, Mfg. Date=Oct'2022

      Curiously it is seen that the size of the 62.5 mcg Thyronorm (pink)Tablets is equal to same size of 12.5 mcg Thyronorm (white) tablets, only color is the difference

      Whether is it in order since I have consumed/taken 12.5 mcg, 25 mcg, 50 mcg Tablets which are serially bigger than the smaller power tablets

      how this can be possible?

      Whether am I taking lesser power tablets (as far as size is concerned) from the sealed packed container of 62.5 mcg

        Actually I have thyronorm 50 mg, 75 mg, 100 mg tablet.according to increasing of mg of tablet size of tablet also increasing but not in case of 112 mg tablet. On 8th September I bought thyronorm 112 mg but size of tablet is 12 mg.I am pregnant . I can't have less than 112 mg that's why I am writing a compliant. Please resolve my query

          Had found one strip of Pentids 400 with empty pocket ( just a part of tablet is in pocket) having batch number : MRH0101 ordered from Amazon . Strip and invoice pics are attached as below. Kindly do needful and take appropriate action and check EPD collator challenge if part of packing line because of this customer pay for full but get less.

            We were using Similac advance since end of May for our 8 months old baby. She used to feed on it without issues. However, we recently ordered 5 packs from Amazon and my baby started refusing the feeds. We fed her 2 packs anyhow but now she is facing acute diarrhoea since 3 days, vomiting, weight loss etc. I am very concerned that something is wrong with the Similac advance pack that I received. I looks similar to my old purchases but the MRP on it is higher.

            I need guidance as to where can I get the packs tested if they are original or if something is wrong. Please guide me.

                We have purchased cremaffin from the medplus but we got tonic like duplicate taste and light thickness and also tonic taste is not good. And also not working of solution like before.
                And tonic bottle looks like sealed but while opening it is not sealed

                  The product FreeStyle Libre sensor was applied on the 17th of february. The application process was standard, that recommended by abbott, no water has been applied to the sensor and no extreme conditions were encountered by it. After approximatelly 2 hours after activation the sensor started to show extremely high values, which were checked with a regularfincger ### test, and the values would be over 200 ml/dL higher than what the blood test showed. Shortly after readings would not be displayed and instead a message saying error and check again in 10 minutes would show. This would be happening for hours. Finally after a series of extremely high, wrong readings and error messages the sensor has ended not even reaching the 24 hour mark. That is a big issue and I would like a replacement or a refund for the damaged product.

                    I have purchased Solspre Nasal Spray from Medplus Pharmacy (1A, Ekdalia Place, Kolkata 700019) having Invoice no. [protected] and the Batch no. is PTG0021 (expiry date 6/24), HSN 300490. Bought the spray for Rs 359/-. But after opening the spray I have found out that the spray is not working and I cannot take the spray as it is defective. Contacted the shop but they told me to contact Abbott for replacement.                         My name is Amol Jadhav. A am taking this tablet for wrist pain which was prescribed by my doctor.
                        I taken 2 tablets from the packet. Today when I removed one tablet it got broken into 4 to 5 pieces and also powder residue observed in the empty tablet pocket.
                        I checked all remaining 11 tablets and all having problem of separation into two parts.Because of this I am not possible to take this remaining tablets. I am not excepting such sustanandard medicine from MNC company like Abbott.
                        Pl.let me know your action plan on this matter.

                          I am using Similac 1 formula milk for my baby since last three months. This time when I brought two packets of 400 gm from nearby pharmacy, I noticed when the powder is mixed with water it doesn't dissolve completely in water their are thick thick solvents present in water . I was so worried when I noticed this and this happen again with the other packet of Similac too. I was so upset how you can pack that formula milk in the packet without prior checking quality measures even after knowing that it will be consumed by a infant.

                            Amoxyclav 625 mg tablets: The tablets are defective with worst quality. The oval tablets surface and bottom portion are broken and dark yellow contents have come out. The white coating has come off with pungent smell. Disgusting appearance.

We consulted to doctor . we checked after diluted to water gives very bad smell after 1 day feed to my 2 kids(twins) then we realise this is the reason for kid crying badly. It's very second time we facing the problem please take the needful action on this. How can someone adulterate food, attest for infants who can’t even speak .

                                    I ordered an Abbott minichek hairfall serum on 14th Sep 2021, as per Flipcart notification they provided a delivery date that was 21 Sept 2021 but flipcart is not deliver this product yet.

                                        We have also used similac formula 1-6 months for our new baby . It’s was suggested by our doctor . It’s seems like a big scam . After feeding she is having stomach ace and crying badly . We showed to doctor . They could not identify again we shifted to lactogen then she was better . We ignored . Agin when we bought new similac . She was crying with gas and stomach . For 5 days she had pain . We did not know what the issue is. I my self tasted, it’s really tasted bad . Again we shifted to lactogen . Now she is better .How can someone adulterate food, attest for infants who can’t even speak .

                                        Dear Sir,
                                        I am user of injection of Arachitol 60 k since 5 years. On 17th May, 2023 I purchased this injection from my nearest chemist name Balrajeshwar Medical and General Mulund West Mumbai 80. Pharmacist sent me product batch no. PCJ001 manufacturing January 2023, expiry September 2025. Product was sealed from both sides with tape but we found there are only 5 ampsules instead of 6. I visited to the store again but she denied to take back &even she too purchased from wholesaler from some guy Safe life enterprises pvt ltd, Mulund West. As this seal was oen by me, i can't blame to chemist for 1 ampule use. Request to check the batch of PCJ001 No. and let me know what to do. I paid payment of 6 ampules and received 5.
